Just a quick announcement I wanted to make…

You can now follow @ColettePatterns on twitter!

Some of you may be thinking, weren’t we already on twitter? Well, kind of. I am on twitter (@saraicat) and Caitlin is on twitter (@thestorycat).

But I decided to spin off Colette Patterns into a separate account, so that those of you who are more interested in sewing than my random cat pictures (cute!) or what I’m eating (often delicious!) or the weather in Portland (usually raining!) can still follow along. I’ll be tweeting sewing tidbits and links, and it can also be a good place to ask me quick questions*!

So don’t be shy, give @ColettePatterns a visit and say hello!

* …which I will try my best to answer, though of course I don’t ALWAYS have my phone or laptop in front of me. Just most of the time.

Thank you for the retrospective on one of my favorite designers of the 80s. I read all the designer blog posts, it’s like Fashion 101
