Reminder: My online fabric talk tomorrow!
Just wanted to give you guys a reminder to sign up for the free fabric talk tomorrow! Even if you can’t make the time, you’ll have access to the recording if you sign up, and it includes a nice discount on the book through Martha Pullen.
If you did sign up, I’d encourage you to show up to the talk early! There are only 1000 seats for it, and way more people than that have signed up (which is awesome and scary). You can show up about half an hour before the talk starts to get in. Even if you don’t get in, you’ll still get a link mailed to you with the recorded version though, so don’t worry too much.
Again, it’s Thursday, Nov. 10 at 1PM EST. Here’s a time zone converter to figure out the right time in your local area. See you there!

I won’t be able to attend the actual webinar, but I signed up to have access to the audio after. Can’t wait to hear it! I am learning so much already from the book, I love the way everything is presented, easy to understand, and insightful for a beginner sewer.

So bummed because I was not able to view your webinar today. It said windows media player could not find a codec. I have a new windows 7 laptop with everything up to date. I downloaded codecs and many other things and could not view it:( Any ideas?

I wasn’t able to connect to the webinar either. I got the following message:
“Unsupported OS
This Webinar is only available for Windows 2000 or higher.”
I’m running Mac OS X 10.6.8, which the confirmation emails indicated would be supported. Once I realized I wasn’t going to be able to access it I canceled, so hopefully someone else got to snag my place.

I’m encountering this problem too (same error message, same OS). Sent an email to the address listed in the instruction email, so hopefully they can figure out what the problem is…

I also had the error from my Mac.
Since I registered, and my husband is kind enough to let me use his Windows PC (shame on him to have one! ;-), how do I get the recording?

I’m sorry you guys are having trouble! I’m on a mac too (10.7). Hopefully the technical support can help you figure it out. Too bad it’s not just on youtube or something.
