I’m just getting ready to sew buttons onto my first Negroni I sewed for my husband. He doesn’t wear anything I make because he hates looking “homemade”. But the Negroni is a total success. He slipped into it and said “oh Honey, you better be careful or I am going to want you to make all my shirts”. It does not look homemade. It looks “expensive”. Thank you for the amazing directions, I am not a novice at sewing shirts, but following the pattern taught me such valuable tricks.

I bought the pattern before but just now I decided I was confident enough to start making one for my boyfriend. It took some time, but it was such a great process! And he loves it, he hasn’t taken it off since :). It indeed looks very nice, not home made at all, and it’s great to be able to sew something for him once in a while!
