Her post about the pattern: Hazel

What kind of fabric did you use? A floral lightweight cotton fabric with an embroidery border.

How did you decide to reflect your personal style in the pattern? I really like floral and colorful fabrics, so when I saw, in the fabric shop of my town, this fabric with an embroidery border I thought it was perfect for version #2 of Hazel pattern. Sewing the dress I realized the fabric was not appropriate for these dress because of its lightness and transparency. So, I decided to add a full lining.

What thoughts do you have about the project? The pattern is very feminine and flattering, I think. This dress is easy to sew and it has allowed me to learn how to install an invisible zipper and also adding a lining for my first time. I am so happy with the result that I have another Hazel dress in my sewing table, this one for my mum.

Thanks, Ico!
