Coming Soon: Season 2 of Seamwork Radio

To all you podcast listeners out there, I wanted to give a quick update on the next season of Seamwork Radio.

podcasting-hash

It’s been absolutely incredible to put this little show together so far, and I want to thank all of our amazing guests, and all of you for listening along. It’s been such a blast, and after several months, I’m starting to feel like things are going smoother as I get used to the whole interviewing, recording, and editing process.

I’ve recorded many more interviews for the upcoming months, and right now I’ll be taking a short break until March to put these shows together. We’re going to be hearing a wide variety of stories from bloggers, pattern designers, business owners, and other people whose lives have been touched by the process of sewing. There are some really memorable life stories in here, and I can’t wait to share them.

Sarai Mitnick

Founder

Sarai started Colette back in 2009. She believes the primary role of a business should be to help people. She loves good books, sewing with wool, her charming cats, working in her garden, and eating salsa.

I love hearing the different stories of creative people, the challenges and joy that they experience. Most of all, I’m encouraged with their tenacity to continue on to success.
Thanks.

Love the interviews and stories of creative challenges. How refreshing to hear struggles and successes of such determined seamstresses. There seems to be a revived interest in sewing and as a member of society who grew up with this taught in schools and at my Mother’s knee, I am thrilled to see the new interest!

Yes yes yes!! I love Seamwork radio. I went to journalism school and took some radio classes, so I know how tricky the recording/editing/producing process can be (which is why I’m now a newspaper reporter!). Can’t wait for the new season!

Count me as a huge fan of the podcast as well! Your format is different from a typical back-and-forth conversation between host and guest, and I think it’s very effective. It allows the interviewees’ answers to shine and it sounds polished.
Thanks for creating such a wonderful show!

I love LOVE Seamwork Radio! In fact it’s taken me all the polite restraint I have to not ask constantly about new episodes. The only thing that’s really stopped me is that it’s obvious how much work goes into each one. They are extremely well produced! I can’t wait.
