Needlework Night Next Thursday!

We have been so busy cooking up new stuff these past few months that we let Needlework Night fall by the wayside.

But we are bringing it back this month, just in time to put the finishing touches on your Halloween costumes. Or maybe even begin some holiday gifts, if you’re really good at planning ahead.

If you’d like to rsvp, check out our Facebook event. You are welcome to bring any food or drink you’d like to share, but it is not required. We are keeping it casual.

When: October 17th @ 6:30pm
Where: Colette Patterns studio in SE Portland
See our event on Facebook to RSVP and get the address.

The commute from Paris might be a little tricky.
But you know what? The other day, my man sent me an email asking me if I had already been to Portland (I spend a year in the States eons ago…) and he sent me a comic strip by one of his favorite artists about Portland. I mentionned Colette Patterns adding it seemed like a nice place to live and from mail to mail, we decided that three years from now, we will spend our summer holidays in the US and visit Portland with our daugther for a few days. So if you plan a needlework night in the summer of 2016, I’ll be happy to come and participate ;-)

I live on the other side of the states.. sad face.. perhaps one day we can have a ‘virtual needlework night’ ! Fire up those web cams!

I definitely think an e-Needlework Night is a brilliant idea! Maybe through a Google hangout or something like that? I’m UK based so I won’t be able to make it in person unfortunately x
