Hey there & thank you for reading the Colette blog!

This site is no longer being updated so head over to Seamwork to get all the latest patterns, tutorials, video classes, and more.

Go to Seamwork

This is your last sneak peek.

Tomorrow, the suspense will finally give way to pure new-pattern-bliss. I mean, that’s how I feel on new pattern release day, don’t you?

Additionally, we may be announcing a special release-week discount, plus a contest or two, possibly some sew alongs, and perhaps a giveaway… You’ll just have to tune in to find out!

And don’t forget,  our holiday pop-up shop Gifts For Crafters opens tomorrow! I’ve got my holiday Wish List email to the family all set to send (and maybe a few ideas of what I can get for my mom, too).

Oh, isn’t it just so close you can taste it?

As always, I love the fabric choices pictured in the sneak peak.
I will definitely be sharing the link to your holiday pop-up shop with my husband for Christmas present ideas ;)

Can’t wait. Wonder if I will be changing my sewing list once I see the new patterns :)

Gah!!!! The suspense is killing me! I have no idea what the new patterns will be even though I have been wracking my brains!

You guys are so funny, your sneak peeks make this so exciting. It’s amazing what excites a sewist, something as simple as a new pattern release and I just can’t wait to see what it is :-) This peek really makes me think its a jacket.

Really had no idea before but now I really think (and hope) it’s outerwear. Looks like a twill coat of some sort with a Navajo-inspired layer/lining for warmth…hope I’m right because I need a new one!

Ah man, if your new pattern is a collaboration with Pendleton, I am SO jazzed for tomorrow!

I’m excited to see the new patterns!

That looks like it might be some type of barn jacket…

Can’t wait to see your surprises! :) I need more free sewing time!

Giddy with anticipation. Is that a blanket lined canvas jacket?

It has to be a coat. Ah, maybe something to make for the holidays?

Does look like a coat

OK we are officially the 12th of November and it’s already 10 am in Paris… Can’t wait !!!

And just now it’s 2 PM in Paris the 12 November!!!

I guess it could also be a bag?

So excited. Just purchased two Colette patterns, and I’m excited to see what the new patterns are. I hope one of them is for beginners. :)

Can’t wait. Hope it’s a new coat pattern.

Erin Hill

Ohhhh where is the new pattern, is nearly 2pm, the suspense is killing me :D

Ok so it’s 9:32am and I keep checking for these new patterns – am I sewing obsessed or what?? Where are they, I can’t take the suspense!

I am doing a refresh every couple of minutes hoping I’ll get to see those new patterns before I leave work (it’s 4:30pm here)… You guys are incredible :-)

Tracy Luacs

Your Pacific Time is so unfair….. why can’t we all be the same time? It’s 4.00pm here.

Whatever it is it has pockets. I like pockets.

5:15 pm in Paris (France)

Awww, they’re releasing the patterns at 10:00, 11/12/13! (PST) I love it!

Ah, that’s clever – but in the UK it will be 6/12/11/13 …. will need to check back in an hour!

And 7 pm in Paris (arrrrrg! ;-)

elizabeth rehmer

this wait is killing me…

It’s 9:30 am in Oregon. Please post the new patterns!

So, does anyone know what time PST the new patterns are being announced? I’ve looked through the previous couple of blog posts and there doesn’t seem to be a time listed…

gabriel ratchet

love ’em, love ’em, love ’em…..

aww i’m new to the’s so cute to see the following here!

I apologize.. I have zero originality. :) Is there any chance you would know what pendleton fabric pattern that is? it’s just so lovely. I think this will make an amazing diaper bag.
You guys are rock!

Haha, it was purchased at the Pendleton Woolen Mill just outside of Portland, OR. It is a current fabric, but we don’t know of a style name you could look up.
